Born in the United States of Italian-decent parents, Frankie Capparelli is an award-winning people leader with over 22 years of experience spanning in the accounting, design, nonprofit, and from the largest tech companies today.

 

His career reflects a consistent focus on building strong cultures, leading through change, and aligning people strategies with business goals. His expertise in talent development, organizational design, and brand clarity shapes a thoughtful approach that not only guides leaders but also speaks into the rhythm of daily life.

 

As a husband, father, and disciple of Jesus Christ, Capparelli believes leadership is more than influence—it is alignment. In a world full of noise and distraction, he champions the call to realign with God, break free from unhealthy patterns, and live with clarity and purpose. With a unique blend of experience, strategy, emotional intelligence, and biblical wisdom, he equips others to lead themselves and others —in business, in faith, and in life.

 

Capparelli has been married to his beautiful wife for over 21 years. Together, they have two sons, one daughter, and a Cane Corso named Zeke—short for Ezekiel. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, serving at church, spending time outdoors, hunting, and finding moments of quiet reflection. He is energized by learning new things and has a deep love for all sports. He holds a degree in Computer Animation and completed extended education in Human Resources Management at the University of Georgia. He is also a certified Professional in Human Resources, bringing both expertise and heart to his leadership approach.
